Vicky Kaushal shares the first movie poster from biopic upcoming movie Sam Manekshaw. He was the First Field Marshal of India. The army’s role fits Vicky Kaushal.
Earlier this year, Uri The Surgical Stike released earlier this year in the month of January. It performed as the best movie for the year 2019 at the box office. The URI movie was based on the terror attacks on URI district in Jammu and that happened in India in 2016. In return, A Surgical Strike was done by the Indian Army in the form of revenge. It was in the memory of Indian soldiers who were killed in the URI attacks. The operation of the Surgical Strike was done successfully.
Vicky Kaushal is also currently working on the other big movies like Bhoot: Part 1: The Haunted ship. The release date is not out yet.
In the Instagram post, Vicky Kaushal says that ” I feel honored, emotional and proud of getting a chance to unfold the journey of this fearless patriot, the swashbuckling general, the First Field Marshal of India-Sam Manekshaw. Remembering him on his death anniversary today and embracing the new beginnings with Meghna Gulzar and Ronnie Screwvala.”
The movie will be released under the banner of RSVP Movies. The army drama biopic is under production and the teaser will be out soon.
