Kabir Singh is a shot temper person who takes drugs, alcohol and smoke cigarettes. Kabir Singh studies in the top medical college Delhi Institute of Medical Studies. He is a very intelligent student who is the topper of the college.
Kabir meets Preeti who also joins the same college. They started to stay together and fall in love. But all of a sudden Kabir’s life changes when Preeti gets married to another person. Kabir becomes disturbed and starts taking cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol. He gets a job in a renowned hospital where he starts working but he can’t move on from her.
The movie shows a depiction of toxic love, contemptible representation of male entitlement and glorification of drugs and alcohol can have a negative effect on impressionable minds.
In spite of negative views, the movie has still earned 104.90 crores. Kabir Singh has released over 3123 screens in the country and the earnings are on fire. Kabir Singh has emerged as a 4th biggest Hindi opener at the domestic box office this year. The movie has got the best reviews.
