The trailer of Sacred Games season 2 had released on 9th July 2019. It is published by Netflix. The series stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Saif Ali Khan, Kalki Koechlin, Pankaj Tripathi and Ranvir Shorey in leads.
Ranvir Shorey and Kalki Koelchin are the new actors in the season. The rest of all are the same from Season 1 and are playing the same characters. The new actors i.e. Ranvir Shorey and Kalki Koelchin characters are not known. But seeing the trailer they would be playing the pivotal role in season 2.
Anurag Kashyap directed both the seasons. Vikramaditya Motwane is the showrunner of the Sacred Games. The show has written by a very well known stand up comedian, screenwriter, lyricist “Varun Grover” along with Smita Singh and Vasant Nath.
The Sacred Games Season 2 is to arrive on 15th August 2019. The season 1 ended with Saif Ali Khan (Sartaj Singh) connecting the missing pieces of the puzzle and speech by a godman (previously seen in the 1990s flashbacks as the mastermind behind Gaitonde’s torture) on TV helps him to locate a secret hideout that houses materials required to survive from a nuclear blast.
Season 2 will have more drama, action, and suspense and will be continuing the story where it left. Season 1 of the Sacred Games received a very good response. This is Netflix’s first Indian original series. It has made and produced in India only. Season 1 of Sacred Games contained 8 episodes with the running time of our 45 minutes to 60 minutes each.
