Andhadhun is the Bollywood movie which had released in the year 2018. Ayushmaan Khurana, Tabu and Radhika Apte are in the lead roles. Sriram Raghvan is the director of the Andhadhun.
The movie starts Akash(Ayushmaan Khurana) evidently blind artist plays Piano who is all set to go to London in the upcoming 2 months. And there is also a small boy who always tries to know whether Akash is blind or not. Actually, he is not. He plays at the bar where Sophie(Radhika Apte) attracts to him and also falls in love with him. She proposes for engagement after the Akash’s piano performance. His ability to play the piano had noted by Pramod Sinha and also impressed by him.
He calls out Akash to play Piano on his Wife’s Birthday and Akash reaches Pramod’s. When Akash knocks the door Pramod’s wife (Simi) tries avoiding Akash in entering the house. All of this had seen by Mrs.D’ Sa; a neighbor of Simi. But Simi allows Akash to play piano because he is blind.
In the house, Akash discovers that Pramod Sinha dies and all of his blood was there on the floor. Also, he discovers that there is an inspector named Manohar in the bathroom but he ignores all of these things and plays the piano. Meanwhile, Simi and Manohar clean all the house. And asks the Akash to leave the house.
Akash wanted to report the murder but he discovers that the Manohar is the Inspector of same the police station where Akash went to report the murder. So, at the police station, he gives the lame excuse that his cat being lost and returns home. When he arrives at home he removes his eyes blinded tools all of this had been recorded by that small boy who is the neighbor of Akash.
Simi visits the Akash’s home to know whether he is blind or not. Simi puts poison in his coffee and shows a gun in front of him Akash admits that he is not blind, he becomes blind so that he can have a sense of music. He promises that he will leave to London in the upcoming 2 months but she gives the drugs to him anyway.
Sophie sees the recorded video which shows that Akash is not blinded, person. This is seen by Simi and she prepares a situation where 2(Simi and Akash) of them are sleeping. The video recorded seen by Sophie make angry and she reaches to Akash’s house where she also sees that he is sleeping with someone. Furious and Heartfelt, she leaves Akash house.
When Akash wakes up he notices that he has become blind in real. Also, Manohar goes to his house to finish his Chapter. Akash somehow escapes from his own house but faints on the road. He is being rescued by the persons who harvest him for illicit organ selling.
Dr.Swamy and his two assistants (Murli and Saku) stopped the operation on Akash’s request. Akash is being spared to obtain money and reverse his blindness. Simi is being kidnapped from making a suicide scene. Manohar is forced to bring the money. At the time of collecting money, both Akash and Simi hold as hostages.
Murli and Saku went to collect the money from Manohar. Manohar shoots Saku but trapped in the lift where he accidentally shoots and kills himself. Meanwhile, Akash removes Simi’s blindfold and Simi tries to kill Akash but saved by Dr.Swamy .Dr.Swamy injects the injection for fainting and puts it into the car’s trunk. The money was fake in nature.
Swamy revealed the plan that harvesting the organs of Simi could generate over $1 million and Akash could have his treatment of his corneal transplant. But Akash refuses this offer.

After 2 years, Akash is playing the piano in a random bar in Europe. Sophie spots her and Akash reveals the whole story that in the car’s trunk Simi had awakened.Dr.Swamy decided to stop the car and murder her but Simi overpowered her and seized the wheel. Akash didn’t know who was driving the car. Akash was thrown out from the car forcefully. And Simi decided to run over him through the car. But the farmer tried to shoot the deer the bullet from the gun shattered the windscreen and the car ended up in a crash.
Akash went to Mumbai after that incident and had his corneal transplant after that he flew to London. Sophie was shocked to hear all of this. In the end, it is shown, He moves out from the bar walking along with his stick and knocks out the can showing that he is not blind.
